1. Service provider and contact
Services are provided electronically by the operator trading under the ChwileWeselne brand. Contact is available at kontakt@chwileweselne.pl or through the contact form.
Before entering into a paid agreement, the user should receive the provider’s complete identification, registered address and registration details whenever required by law.
2. Definitions
- Service — the ChwileWeselne website, public pages and user dashboard.
- User or Couple — a person who creates an account and wedding project.
- Guest — a person using an invitation, RSVP form or gallery shared by the Couple.
- Plan — the paid feature scope described in the current pricing.
- Content — data, text, photos and other materials added by users or guests.
3. Scope of services
The Service provides accounts, wedding websites, invitations and QR codes, RSVP collection, guest lists, seating plans, budgets, checklists and galleries. Available features depend on the selected Plan.
- A current browser, internet connection and active email address are required.
- Users are responsible for accurate details, password security and activity on their account.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or infrastructure failures.
4. Account and agreement
The electronic services agreement is concluded when an account is created. Users must be at least 18 and accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Users may request account deletion at any time. Data may be retained where required for billing, complaints or legal obligations.
5. Plans, prices and payments
Current prices, Plan scope and the one-time nature of payments are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. ChwileWeselne does not store full card details.
Paid access is activated after payment confirmation. A failed payment can be retried without creating another account.
6. Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers entering into a distance contract generally have 14 days to withdraw. This right may be lost early only where statutory conditions have been met, including an express request to begin performance and the required acknowledgements.
Withdrawal notices may be sent to kontakt@chwileweselne.pl. Eligible refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
7. User and guest content
Users retain rights to their Content and grant the provider a non-exclusive licence only to store, process, display and share it according to project settings.
Illegal content, malware, infringements and materials used without permission are prohibited. The Couple is responsible for a lawful basis for guest data and page sharing.
8. Guest data processing
For guest data entered by a Couple, the Couple generally determines the purposes and means, while the ChwileWeselne operator processes data to provide the service under documented instructions, safeguards and subprocessors described in the privacy policy.
The operator ensures authorised persons are bound by confidentiality, assists with data subject rights and security duties where reasonable, deletes or returns data after the service subject to legal retention, and provides information needed to demonstrate compliance.
9. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to kontakt@chwileweselne.pl with the account email, issue and requested outcome. We respond within the period required by law and to consumer complaints within 14 days.
Consumers may use eligible out-of-court dispute resolution services in their country.
10. Liability and termination
The provider remains liable under mandatory law, including rules on conformity of digital services. These terms do not restrict consumer rights.
Access may be restricted for illegal activity, security threats or material breach, with prior warning where the nature of the issue allows.
11. Changes and governing law
Account holders will receive advance notice of material changes. Changes do not remove acquired rights or alter a paid Plan without a legal basis or consent.
Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence.
